SO... YOU THINK YOU CAN WRAP?
Well here is your chance to prove it to everyone!
The NZSDA is holding the biennial NZ Wrap Competition in conjunction with it's annual conference in Christchurch in April 2016.
Last time we held this competition in Auckland in 2014 it was a fantastic event, with the winners, GAS Graphics from Auckland winning and going on to beat the winning Australian team in a Trans-Tasman Wrap comp later in the same year.

This year we have gone out to New Zealand's top sign industry suppliers and asked for support for the competition, and the results show in the amazing line up of prizes we are able to offer to the winning teams - check them out below...

NZSDA member Andy Lowe from Image Creators in Motueka has come up with the design for the wrap comp, and as you can see, these vehicles are going to look awesome!

How it works...
Each team must consist of 3 people - they need not be from the same company, feel free to make up teams from different businesses.
Each team is required to be in Christchurch for the competition on 15th and 16th April 2016.
The event will be held indoors, in the same venue as the NZ Sign Expo (the Air Force Museum, Wigram, Christchurch).
Entry is free for NZSDA members, $300 plus GST for non-members (per team)
All teams must be capable of finishing the wrap within four and a half hours.
The final result is marked for quality, as well as speed.
The printed and laminated film will be supplied ready to install - all film will be 3M Envision LX480Cv3 with 3M 8548G overlaminate.
The vehicles to be wrapped are SsangYong Tivolis, a compact SUV as pictured, and the competition is for a full wrap, including roof, bumpers etc.
The winning New Zealand Team on Friday 15th will face The Australian winners on Saturday the 16th April at the same venue, to compete for the Trans-Tasman trophy (currently held by GAS Graphics, Auckland.
